**Please note that hot air balloons are completeley reliant on good weather, includind wind speeds of less than 5 mph. Winds are calmest around sunrise and sunset.  Historically at this event, balloons can be seen each morning before 10 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m.  With guest safety as our first priority, we adhere to the decision of the Balloonmeister, the person responsible for the balloons.  He, and all of the pilots, are licensed by the FAA.
